APSFL (Andhra Pradesh State FiberNet Limited ) is a fully-owned entity of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, India, started in October 2015 with the initiation done by Shri.Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the state of  Andhra Pradesh.

Fibernet is a part of bharat net initiative and the first to implement a state led model in the country. This is one of the reputable projects that started in India and aimed to provide affordable  broadband equipment with wifi connection, internet facility, cable television, and phone connectivity across the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The project was announced by the president of Telugu Desam Party Shri. Nara Chandrababu Naidu, and was inaugurated in Amaravati, the capital city of Andhra Pradesh. On December 27, 2017 this ceremony was graced by the President of India Ram Nath Kovind and adroitly launched the APSFL project and dedicated it to the nation. The APSFL project is considered as one of the Greatest contributions of TDP.

The Andhra Pradesh State Fibernet Limited (APSFL), which implemented the AP Fiber Grid project, has provided many services at tariffs starting as low as Rs 149 for 5 GB data at 15 MBPS speed and 250 TV channels and a free telephone connection across the state of Andhra Pradesh.

As of September 2020 APSFL has over 970,000 users and over 3000 schools, universities and government offices are connected to the network. It provides an average speed of 150 Gbit/s to its users.

Under the Andhra Pradesh Fiber Grid Project, 4.83 Lac wi-fi connections had already been provided to houses & institutions. With the target being set for 5 Lakh connections for the households by the Andhra Pradesh state government, Telugu Desam Party, under the leadership of Shri. Nara Chandrababu Naidu has successfully achieved 4.75 Lac household connections that have benefited through this affordable high-speed internet.
